One Shoot Day a Month.
A Month of Content.
We film your business once a month and handle everything after it — the edit, the captions, the posting, the reporting. You get your time back and your feed stays alive.
Most Businesses Don’t Need Another Expensive Video
They need to be visible every week. One beautiful brand film costs a fortune, gets posted twice, and then the account goes quiet for eleven months. Meanwhile the competitor who posts something average every Tuesday is the one people remember when they need the job done.
The problem was never the quality of your video. It was the gap between them.
A monthly partnership closes that gap. We come to you once a month, film for a day, and turn that day into a month of finished, scheduled, published content. Same crew, same standard, every month — so your business shows up consistently without you having to think about it.
Film. Edit.
Publish. Report.
The same four steps every month. You’re involved in one of them.
The Plan
A written plan before every shoot — shot list, locations, who’s on camera and exactly what you’ll get back. You approve it before we turn up, so nobody is guessing on the day.
Film
Half a day to a full day on site each month. One crew, our own gear, working around your jobs rather than shutting your business down for a production day.
Edit
One day on site becomes eight or more finished videos — roughly two a week. Every one captioned, colour graded and sized per platform, with stills from the same shoot for your website and profiles.
Post & Measure
Everything goes live on your channels to a schedule you approve — nothing you haven’t seen. At month’s end, a plain-English read on reach, views and where enquiries came from.
What lands in your inbox every month
- 8+ finished videos a month (around two a week), captioned and platform-sized
- Stills from the same shoot day for your website and socials
- Scripting, shot list and creative direction — you don’t plan a thing
- Scheduling and posting across your channels
- A plain-English performance report at month’s end
- Direct line to Theo, not an account manager
- Full ownership of every frame, forever
Who This Is For
This works well if…
- You’re an established business with work actually happening to film
- You want to be visible every week, not once a campaign
- You’d rather hand the whole thing over than manage a freelancer
- You’re thinking in years, not in one-off punts
- You’re hiring, and want people to know who you are before they apply
It’s probably not for you if…
- You need one video for one deadline and nothing after it
- You’re looking for the cheapest quote in Brisbane
- You want guaranteed follower numbers by week two
- Nobody at your end can approve content within a few days
If that’s you, a single project is genuinely the better call — and we’ll tell you so on the first call.
What One Shoot Day Actually Produces
We came into Auto Affection Detailing once, filmed for a day, and delivered ten platform-ready videos — a full month of social content from a single session. That’s the entire model in one example, and you can watch three of them on the homepage.
Retainer Questions
How much does a monthly video retainer cost?
Most clients are on a monthly retainer, scoped to how much content they actually need. There’s no lock-in contract and no hidden production fees — the number we quote is the number you pay, every month. Tell us roughly how often you want to be posting and we’ll come back with a figure.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Retainers run month to month. Give us a month’s notice and you’re out, and everything we’ve filmed and edited for you stays yours. We’d rather you stayed because the work is working.
How much of my time does this take?
Half a day to a full day, once a month. We work around your jobs rather than stopping them — filming your team doing what they’d be doing anyway. Beyond that day, your only involvement is approving what goes out.
Do you post the content for me?
Yes. Scheduling and publishing to your channels is part of the retainer. Nothing goes out that you haven’t seen first, but you don’t have to be the one uploading it at nine on a Sunday night.
When does this actually start working?
Most accounts start moving properly around month three. Month one is us learning your business and building a library; by month three there’s enough consistent content out there for your audience — and the algorithm — to respond to. Anyone promising you results in week two is selling you something.
Who owns the footage?
You do. Full ownership of every frame transfers to you on delivery. The raw footage is yours too — just give us a bit of notice so we can pull it off the drives and get it across. If we ever part ways, the entire library goes with you.
Can I start with a single project instead?
Of course. Plenty of clients start with one commercial or brand film and move to a monthly partnership once they see how much content comes out of a single shoot day. There’s no obligation to go monthly.
Is any of this AI-generated?
No — none of it. Every second of footage on this site came off our cameras on a real job, with real people in frame. Editing software, yes. Generators, no.
