The Brief

Rate Money is a national specialist lender — the kind of business that lives or dies on trust. Nobody hands over their home loan to a logo. They hand it to a person they feel they already know.

That creates a specific problem for a lender operating across branches. The brand is national, but the relationship is local. A generic corporate video shot once at head office does nothing to make somebody in Logan feel like they’ve met their broker.

What We Did

We went to the branch. Everything is filmed on location at Rate Money’s Logan office, with the actual team, in the actual space customers walk into.

  • Filmed on site around live business rather than shutting the branch down for a production day
  • Put the local team on camera so the face in the feed is the face at the desk
  • Built a repeatable format — branch introductions plus short-form pieces — that works month after month
  • Delivered every cut ready to post, sized and captioned, with nothing left for the team to finish

Why It’s Ongoing, Not One-Off

This is a monthly series, not a single shoot, and that’s the whole point. A lender needs to stay familiar. Turning up once a year with one polished film means being forgotten for the other eleven months.

Filming on a monthly rhythm means the content keeps pace with the business — new team members, new offers, whatever is actually happening — instead of ageing badly the moment something changes.

What It Means for You

If your business depends on people trusting a person rather than a brand — lending, real estate, trades, health, professional services — the model transfers directly. Put the real team on camera, film where the work actually happens, and do it on a rhythm rather than as a one-off.

That’s precisely what our monthly content partnership is built to do.

I’m not a marketer and I don’t want to be one. This is the only content system we’ve used where I read a script for two hours and the rest just happens.
